Scale and Premium
Rotating ISP and Rotating DC each come in two tiers, Scale and Premium. Rotating DC is the dashboard’s name for what rayobyte.com calls Rotating Datacenter.

Premium domains
Section titled “Premium domains”Premium domains are the top ~1,000 websites on the internet. The full list is a plain text file with one entry per line.
- Every entry covers
wwwand all other subdomains, soexample.comalso coverswww.example.comandshop.example.com. - A name ending in
.*covers that name on every top-level and country domain, soexample.*coversexample.com,example.netandexample.de. - Shared services that all kinds of sites load, such as fonts, captchas, cloud hosting and DNS, stay open on every plan.
- We can update the list at any time.
Premium and Residential include premium domains, but Acceptable use blocks still apply on every tier, so some sites on the list stay blocked.
Using both tiers
Section titled “Using both tiers”A login is the proxy username and password you send with your requests. The tier is set per login, and one account can use both. A Scale plan from sales comes with a Scale login, and buying Premium in the dashboard gives you a Premium login. You can run broad crawls on a Scale login and send premium domain requests through a Premium login.
IP whitelisting sends no login. If your account has both tiers, ask support which tier your whitelisted addresses use.
When a Scale login requests a premium domain
Section titled “When a Scale login requests a premium domain”The connection is refused, so the request doesn’t reach the site and you aren’t billed for it. Your requests to other sites keep running.

Residential
Section titled “Residential”Scale Residential and Premium Residential are products of their own, separate from the Rotating ISP and Rotating DC tiers. Premium domains are included in both.
- Scale Residential is a monthly plan with no targeting and 1 concurrent request per $1 of plan. After you sign up, apply for it from the dashboard. Our compliance team reviews the account before the first request.
- Premium Residential is pay as you go, with every targeting option, and SOCKS5, UDP and HTTP/3 on approval.
