Billing & bandwidth
Proxies bill by bandwidth
Section titled “Proxies bill by bandwidth”Every gigabyte through a proxy product draws down a balance, bought one of two ways.
Pay as you go
Section titled “Pay as you go”Buy a bandwidth balance up front and use it down. It does not expire on a monthly cycle. Top up under Purchase → Pay As You Go.
Auto-replenish tops the balance up automatically when it falls below a threshold you set. Configure it under Purchase → Auto Replenish. Worth turning on for anything long-running. An overnight job that stops at 3am because a balance emptied costs more to restart than the bandwidth did.
Subscription
Section titled “Subscription”A recurring monthly bandwidth allowance under Purchase → Subscription. Not every product offers one; the dashboard shows the option where it applies.
You can hold both at once. See Usage & statistics for what is left on each.
The Scraping API bills per scrape
Section titled “The Scraping API bills per scrape”Not by bandwidth. It draws from a dollar balance you top up under Scraping API → Purchase. See Balance & usage.
This catches people who run both: a heavy month on proxies and a heavy month on the Scraping API show up as two different numbers moving for two different reasons.
Invoices and payments
Section titled “Invoices and payments”- Invoices: every invoice on the account, in the main menu
- Payment Status: the outcome of a payment you just made
- Purchase → History: past purchases and renewals, per product
